Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and the operator of CrowdArena named in the Legal notice ("CrowdArena", "we", "us"). They apply to the CrowdArena website, the CrowdArena Windows app, the CrowdArena servers and the games and features offered through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CrowdArena lets you connect your own TikTok LIVE stream to games on your computer so that events in your stream (such as gifts, likes, follows, shares and chat messages) trigger actions in a game. The Service includes the app, your account, the mapping of stream events to game actions, test mode, the overlay creator, and access to the games in the CrowdArena library while your subscription is active.

Some games run inside the app. Others run in a third-party Android emulator (BlueStacks) that you install yourself, or connect to game servers we operate. Which games are in the library can change over time: we may add, change or remove games and features.

1.1 System requirements and your equipment

The Service runs on your own computer. The minimum and recommended system requirements are published on our website at crowdarena.net/#requirements and shown before you buy. Before buying, you must check that your computer meets them, and at checkout you confirm that it does.

You are responsible for your own equipment and setup, including your computer and its hardware, Windows and its updates, drivers, security and antivirus software, other programs running at the same time (such as streaming software or games), the BlueStacks emulator, your network and your internet connection. If the Service does not run, runs slowly, or behaves differently because your equipment or setup does not meet the requirements, is misconfigured, is faulty, or is blocked by third-party software, this is not a defect of the Service and does not entitle you to a refund, price reduction or compensation. We may give reasonable help by email, but we are not obliged to make the Service work on equipment that does not meet the requirements.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the Service itself is faulty on a computer that meets the requirements.

2. Who may use CrowdArena

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must follow the rules of the platforms you stream on, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you are responsible for having the rights needed to stream what you stream.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if we previously closed your account for breaking these Terms.

3. Your account

• You need an account with a working email address. We send a one-time code to confirm it.
• Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@crowdarena.net if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One account is for one person or one streaming channel. A subscription can be active on one PC at a time.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account…). To protect you, deletion needs your password and a code we email you, and is carried out 48 hours later; you can cancel it by signing in before then. If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@crowdarena.net from the account's address. Deleting your account does not refund any payment.

4. Subscription, payment and no refunds

4.1 Price and billing

CrowdArena Pro costs €14.99 per month, including VAT where it applies. The subscription starts when your payment is confirmed and renews automatically every month on the same day, and the price is charged to your payment method each month, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller or payment processor as shown at checkout and in your receipt; its terms also apply to the payment. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4.2 Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email or by writing to support@crowdarena.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that your access ends.

4.3 All payments are final — no refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, periods in which you did not use the Service, dissatisfaction, change of mind, games or features that were added, changed or removed, problems caused by third-party platforms (such as TikTok or BlueStacks), problems caused by your own computer, software or internet connection (see section 1.1), or for accounts suspended or closed because you broke these Terms. By subscribing, you accept the Service as it is at the time of purchase, as described on our website.

4.4 Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are a consumer, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The Service is digital content and a digital service that is supplied immediately. At checkout you expressly ask us to start supplying the Service immediately, before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has started. We confirm this in your receipt. Your access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase.

4.5 Your statutory rights

Nothing in this section limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract, in particular your rights as a consumer if the Service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract (for example, if it does not work as described). If the law requires a remedy, including a price reduction or refund, you will receive it.

4.6 Price changes

We may change the price for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect; your current price stays in place until then.

4.7 Chargebacks

If you dispute a valid payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.

5. Your licence to use CrowdArena

While your account is in good standing and, for paid features, your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app and to use the Service for your own streams. Everything else is reserved. The Service, the app, the CrowdArena name and logo, and our code and content belong to us or our licensors.

6. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, share or give away the app, the games, your licence key or your account;
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, patch or modify the app, the games or our servers, or bypass the licence, account, email-verification or anti-tampering checks, except where the law expressly allows it;
• access the Service by automated means other than the app, overload it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or interfere with other users;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or in a way that breaks the rules of the platform you stream on;
• set up actions that harm, deceive or pressure your viewers, including misleading them about what a gift will do;
• create accounts with false information or on behalf of someone else, or use the Service if you are under 18.

You are responsible for your stream, your settings, and what your viewers see and do in your stream.

7. TikTok and other third parties

CrowdArena is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. The Service reads public events of the TikTok LIVE stream whose handle you enter. TikTok can change or restrict how this works at any time, and we cannot guarantee that the connection will always be available. Gifts, coins and diamonds are TikTok's products under TikTok's own terms; we never receive money from your viewers' gifts and do not handle your TikTok earnings.

Other software you use with CrowdArena, such as BlueStacks, Windows and your streaming software, is provided by third parties under their own terms. Names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; their use does not mean those owners endorse or are connected with CrowdArena.

8. Games and content

Games in the library are provided for entertainment during your streams. Game progress kept on our servers is tied to your account and may be reset when games are updated. We may change, rebalance, restart or remove a game, and may take a game offline, including where a third party claims rights in it. When we remove content following such a claim we act in good faith, and this is not a fault of the Service for which you are owed a refund, except where the law requires one.

Content you create in the app (such as mappings, sounds and overlay images you upload) stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process it to run the Service for you. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

9. Availability, updates and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided over the internet and may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance, updates, outages at our providers or at TikTok, or events outside our control. We may update the app and the Service, and some updates may be required to keep using it. We will not make changes that remove the core of what you paid for during a period you have paid for, except where needed for security, legal reasons or reasons outside our control.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why. If we close your account for a serious breach, no refund is given. If we stop offering the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and will stop charging you.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work with every PC, emulator or stream setup, or that it will increase your views, gifts or income. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Limitation of liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law (for example under product liability law). Otherwise, for slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations that make the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), and only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all other claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for lost streaming income, lost gifts or viewers, or for problems caused by TikTok, third-party software, your equipment or your internet connection.

13. Your responsibility

If you use the Service as a business, you will compensate us for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your stream content or your breach of these Terms. This does not apply to consumers beyond what the law provides.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we change the Service or the law changes. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Italy, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts of that country. Please contact us first at support@crowdarena.net; most problems can be solved quickly. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
